"a new way for the future"

Missouri may be fifth on the list of average number of big tornadoes per year (2.2), but the town of Joplin was struck by one of the deadliest tornadoes in U.S. history. On May 22, 2011, the Joplin Tornado — with winds that exceeded 200 mph - killed 158 people and injured more than 1,000. It was the first single tornado in the U.S. to kill more than 100 people in 57 years.

The Tri-State Tornado of March 18, 1925 was the deadliest single tornado in U.S. history, killing 689 people in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. The tornado caused devastating damage over three-and-a-half hours while traveling along its 219-mile long track. This tornado also was the third-fastest tornado on record, traveling at nearly 60 miles per hour.

Good Morning World!

Good Morning! Thank you for visiting my website. Those two words, "Tornado Proof" could have also reflected upon the two words, hurricane proof. Both of these natural disasters have been around since mankind. The property they destroy and the lives lost, have been devastating to many. The one thing that hasn't changed, is the way new homes are constructed. Until NOW!

Hi! My name is Thomas McCoy. I reside in the city of Olathe, Kansas. A suburb located approximately thirty miles southwest of Kansas City. Yes, this area is located in what is known as "tornado alley." I have been away from the trade about 8 years now. Since I am reaching the retirement age, after 31 years of framing houses, the knowledge, the creativity and good ole common sense of the trade will never leave me. Since I do miss the job site, it is now time to put those three traits to use in saving lives. I honestly do believe in
"My Tornado Proof Home."

This website is for educational purpose. To inform the people that a home can be secured to it's foundation. It's here for the readers to draw there own conclusions whether to believe, or not to believe. Make that decision after browsing my techniques used, by adding to the frame structure.

This website is mainly for the purpose of giving the people of the world a "Peace of Mind," knowing you and your family will be safe during one of these two natural disasters. You have to change the way a home is constructed during the framing stage. The changes I have made, goes way beyond the normalcy of today's home frame structure. I think you will be amazed.

This website contains the add-ons to a new home during the construction period. If everything is constructed by the way it's written, everything should stay intact. All the strengths need to work together to be at it's fullest strength.

Existing Homeowners:

For my viewers who already own a home. With already having a roof on your home, and already having sheet rock in your living area, does eliminate some of my processes. It does not eliminate the two most important. "The Ceiling Joist" section and "The Attic" section. This is where the added strength of the home needs to be. It's all about keeping the roof intact.

Any of my viewers plan on remodeling your home. This would be the opportunity to make more add-ons, in my processes. What ever the process may be, always refer back to "Tornado Proof" website, for that extra strength needed.

It doesn't have to be this way!

First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting my website. It was a very wise decision on your part.
For only 99 cents, you can become a member of Tornado Proof. This will be a one time fee only. You will
have unlimited access to the website to learn my techniques. There are no others like them.

Just fill out the form and pay with your credit card. It's that simple! You will be amazed, what I
have done to a normal framed home that will already pass building code inspection.
